What Is The Best Driving School For Ticket Dismissal?

What Is The Best Driving School For Ticket Dismissal

So you got a traffic ticket or racked up too many points on your driving record and now you are required to attend a driving school for ticket dismissal. I do not envy your current position, but I can certainly help point you in the right direction. Before giving you any recommendations, I’m going to assume you want to get this done as quickly and cheaply as possible.

Take Your Driving School Online If You Can

Most states now allow you to complete your driving school online if it is for simple ticket dismissal or point reduction purposes. If you were arrested for drunk driving, reckless driving, or something like that, you need to double check with the court that you can take the school online. Most of the time, online traffic school, defensive driving, or driver improvement courses are for smaller moving violations.

Even in states that allow you to take your driving school online also give you the ability to complete it in a classroom. These classroom based driving schools are generally held on one day or split up between two or three days. Unfortunately, the classes are boring and don’t really save you any money.

Since this article is meant to help you complete your driving school as fast and cheap as possible, I will only be recommending online traffic school courses that are reputable, fast, and cheap.

iDriveSafely

My top recommendation for drivers education programs, ticket dismissal courses, and insurance reduction classes is pretty much always iDriveSafely. The reason I like iDriveSafely is because they have been around since before online traffic schools were even allowed. Even if we only include their online based students, they have had well over 5,000,000 people go through their program and yet they still have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. I have also personally visited one of their offices in Escondido, California where I saw first hand their on-site customer support team. This is the real deal and I think you’ll find their pricing to be pretty fair as well. Oh, and for states that don’t require it, there is NO COURSE TIMER! That means, you can pretty much just blow through the course as quickly as you can.

Improv Traffic School

Another online driving school I recommend a lot is Improv Traffic School. This is a great online traffic school for those of you who are responsible and actually want a place to learn and brush up on driving laws. The information with this driving school is much easier to retain because they use comedians to present the material. This driving school is actually owned by the Improv Comedy Club chain which is a U.S. based company. They’ve been offering “comedy” traffic school for decades now and they also have an A+ rating with the BBB. This is another great option to go with.

DriversEd.com

DriversEd.com was one of the first online driving schools to ever exist. As you might imagine, they began by offering drivers education programs for teens, but quickly got into the traffic school business as well. They are approved in nearly every state that allows online driving schools to be used for ticket dismissal purposes. This course requires NO course timer if your states laws don’t require one. That means, you can get it done rather quickly.

Aceable

With a 4.8-star rating based on over 20,000 reviews, this school has one of the best traffic courses in the country.

Made with teens and young adults in mind, Aceable integrates modern meme humor into its lessons to make the course stand out as fun and enjoyable.

By mixing videos, audio clips, and simulations into their small bite-sized lectures, the course is guaranteed to keep your attention. Not to mention, make it easier to get over with.

This, and their stellar mobile app, helps you finish the course as quickly as possible.

While other courses have a tendency to put you to sleep, Aceable always keeps you engaged and wanting to know more.

So if you’re a young adult looking for a traffic school course that is fun and easy to do, Aceable is your best bet.

There’s a catch, though.

It only offers its courses to very limited states. So make sure you check that out first.

GoToTrafficSchool

With languages such as Korean, Spanish, Chinese, and more, GoToTrafficSchool has designed a course accessible no matter where you’re from.

They also promise to remove $1 from their price if you find a lower-priced online school in the state, practically making this course the cheapest option available across the country.

While it doesn’t have the most modern content or design, the course does what it’s supposed to, dismiss a traffic ticket (if approved by the state and your court handler).

However, unlike the other options on this list, they don’t provide unlimited exam retries in their standard package, which is a bummer.

Don’t worry, the final test is pretty easy. It’s almost a guarantee you’ll pass even if you skim through the whole course.

So if you’re looking for a cheap and quick course available in many languages, GoToTrafficSchool may be for you.

Any Other Choices?

Of course! There are LOTS of choices! Just in the state of California alone, there are hundreds of online driving schools approved for ticket dismissal purposes. I just wanted to give you guys a few of the best options I know of. You need to be careful because of those hundreds of approved online driving schools, there are a very high number of courses that are extremely low quality and won’t bat an eye if they rip you off. Even if they are state certified, make sure you do some research and make sure they are legit.

Best of luck and I hope you find my recommended online driving schools to be helpful!
